For administrators
This section is for people who manage their organisation's tvbeat account. If you don't have Settings in your account menu, you don't have admin rights and can skip it.
Administration is where you decide who can sign in, and what each of them sees. Open it from Settings in the account menu at the top right.
How access is put together
Three things stack up, and almost every access question comes down to which layer is doing the work:

A user belongs to one or more groups; each group carries one rule set; the rule set is configured per dataset. So a rule set is the real unit of access — groups exist to point people at one.
Why two people see different numbers
Almost always the rule set. Two groups can open the same report on the same dataset and see different totals, because their rule sets apply different filter rules. Both figures are correct for who's asking.

General
General holds the account-level basics:
- Client account name — the name shown in the dashboard's navigation bar
- Placement term — what your account calls a unit of delivery throughout the interface, singular and plural: placement, line item or a term of your own. Set it here and the interface follows
- Admins — everyone with admin rights on the account
