Your account
The circle with your initials at the top right of the dashboard opens your account menu.
What's in it

User group
Your user group governs which datasets, reports and tools you have access to, and sometimes which default filters are applied to your figures. It's why two people can open the same report and see different numbers — both correct, for different groups.
If you need access to something you can't see, this is what your administrator changes.
Timezone
Results are bucketed into days according to your timezone. When a figure disagrees with another system by a few hours' worth of data, compare timezones before anything else.
Exports
Exports collects the files you've generated, including those queued in Exporter. Exports are prepared in the background, so this is where you come back to once one has finished.
Changing your password
Change password asks for your current password and a new one. If you've forgotten the current one, sign out and use the forgot password link on the sign-in screen instead.
Settings
Settings is where administrators manage users, groups and what each group can see. It only appears for accounts with admin rights; if you have it, the Administration section explains it. If you need access to something you can't see, your administrator is the person to ask.
